Points Redemption:

1. Points redemption is only available for transactions made using cashless payment.
2. Redemption of rewards can only be performed in the outlet.
3. Members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
4. Points are non-transferable between members.
5. Points earned will expire at the end of the same month the following year
6. (e.g. Points earned on 1–31 Jan 2025 will expire on 31 Jan 2026).
7. Rewards are only available for redemption during the next transaction on a separate day.
8. Only 1 reward item can be redeemed per member per day, even if the member has sufficient points for multiple redemptions.
9. Example: If a member has 1,000 points, they can only use 100 points to redeem 1 item per day — not multiple items in the same visit.
10. If a member has redeemed a reward using points, they are not eligible to redeem another item or use any SMS rewards on the same day.
11. Reward item(s) are subject to availability and may be substituted with item(s) of equal or lesser value.

SMS Rewards:

1. SMS reward redemptions are limited to 1 per member per day, with any spending.
2. Redemption is valid for dine-in only.
3. Minimum spend requirements apply, based on the specific SMS reward received.
4. Minimum spend refers to subtotal before tax and service charge.
5. SMS rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, including: Lunch Menu, Festive Menu, Kids Eat Free, Alcoholic Beverages, other discounts or privileges
6. If a member has already redeemed a reward using points on the same day, SMS rewards cannot be used.
